LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
A rhythmical technique activating the lymph pathways, lymph nodes, organs of elimination and immune system. Use of Gua Sha tools and kinesiotaping to enhance outcomes.
MYOFASCIAL RELEASE
Applying gentle sustained pressure into fascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.
CRANIAL FASCIAL THERAPY
Used to release tension through the central nervous system, including cranial bones, spine, sacrum and soft tissues.
HERBAL SUPPORT
As a community herbalist, I will bring my knowledge of herbal protocols into a session upon request. Herbal protocols can accelerate healing, based on your constitution and wellness goals.
INFRARED THERAPY
Heating pad and sauna available upon request. Infrared therapy has many roles in the human body. These include detoxification, pain relief, reduction of muscle tension, relaxation, improved circulation, weight loss, skin purification, boosting of the immune system and lowering blood pressure.
EFT
Emotional Freedom Technique, aka “tapping” is an evidenced-based method for processing emotional and physical distress. During EFT, individuals tap certain points on their body – similar to the points used during acupuncture.
