Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Idyllwild Wellness, your time and care are deeply valued.
This policy helps ensure that all clients have fair access to appointments while supporting the sustainability of the practice.
Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without penalty.
Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the session fee.
Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the session fee.
These fees may be charged to the card on file.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next client’s time.
Full session fees still apply.
Refund Policy
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
Services already rendered are non-refundable.
Prepaid sessions or packages are non-refundable but may be transferable or credited toward future services at the practitioner’s discretion.
If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please reach out directly so we can address your concerns.
Packages & Prepaid Sessions
Unused sessions are not refundable but may be converted into a credit if discussed in advance.
Illness & Emergencies
If you are feeling unwell, please notify us as soon as possible. Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made for illness or emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
